Privacy policy
Last updated November 1, 2026
This policy explains what information FeedQuill ("FeedQuill", "we", "us") handles when you visit feedquill.com, join early access or use our service, and what choices you have. Questions go to privacy@feedquill.com.
Information we collect
- Contact details you send us, such as your name, email address and business details, when you request early access or write to us.
- Connected social account data that you authorize through each platform's official sign in: profile and page details, posts you schedule through us, comments and messages on those posts, and performance reports such as views, clicks and saves.
- Product and page content from websites you point us to, used to write posts and check claims.
- Basic technical data from visits to this website, such as request logs kept by our hosting provider for security.
How we use information
- To provide the service you have connected, as described on our home page.
- To plan, write, check and publish posts to the accounts you connect, reply to comments when you turn that on, and report results.
- To respond to you, invite you to the service and keep it secure.
We do not sell personal information, we do not use one customer's data for another customer, and we do not use your data to train general purpose AI models.
Platform data
Data received from Meta, Google (including YouTube), TikTok, Pinterest and other platforms is used only to provide the service to the account owner who connected it, under each platform's developer terms. FeedQuill's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
We share information only with infrastructure and communications providers that process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, with the platforms you connect when you ask us to act on them, and when required by law.
Retention
We keep connected account data for as long as the connection is active and delete it within 30 days after you disconnect, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Early access requests are kept until launch or until you ask us to delete them.
Security
Access tokens and credentials are stored in an encrypted secrets manager, never in application code or logs. Access to customer data is limited to the systems that need it.
Your choices
You can disconnect any account at any time and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to privacy@feedquill.com. See Data deletion.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell users by email.
